However, there can be times in your life when you must alter your travel plans due to an emergency, bad weather or anything else that you have not anticipated, and this is why we are here at Unicorn Travelz to assist you through these situations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the general process for your booking cancellation and refund, booking changes and travel service changes for customers of our website and services.

Clients agree to all terms of this policy by making a booking or utilizing services offered through the website.

Cancellation Requests
